Scuba diving is a fantastic family sport. If you are ready for your kids to get certified so they can join in the fun, then our Junior Divers' course is the ideal path. Junior Divers take the same open water course that adults take but your kids will receive a Junior Open Water certification. When your child turns 15, he or she can upgrade to a regular open water certification. Kids have a great time learning to dive, plus, we help kids with skills development in smaller size equipment geared for their size. SportsCo has long been known for its excellent family oriented courses and dive travel.

*The minimum age for junior certification is 10 years of age. We offer private instruction for 10 & 11 year olds due to class size limitations. Kids 12 and above may join a regular scuba class. 10 and 11-year-olds must dive with a certified parent or guardian or PADI professional. They may not exceed 40 feet in depth.
